i have been searching and searching for tools to remove spyware on windows server 2003. on worjstations i usually run spybot hijack combofix and malware bytes. that usually gets all of of it plus a virus scan first. my own procedure.

i have a server from a new business and have cleaned it with a full scan from avg 2011 business edition. and ran malware bytes. been about 1 month and some stuff came back and started causing problems. now im running malware and super antispyware and spybot. cant run combofix or i would have had it fixed the first time. what else should i do??? no one has much about cleaning servers.

Do you want help removing malware? If yes, see this: READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

If you just want to know what applications will run on Windows Server 2003, it would have been better to post your question in the Software Forum. However tools like SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, AVG, Avira, Avast, PC Tools AntiVirus, Comodo all work on Windows Server 2003.

Oh and MGTools from our cleaning procedure also runs on Windows Server 2003, but you have to know what to do with the logs it provides and how to manually remove anything that is shown in the logs.
