Windows Slow everywhere not enabling anti virus or status reports of any type

Hello, long time reader first time poster on this site. Id like to start by saying im very good at removing many virus's in the past however ive hit a massive brick wall and i am in dire need of help. I have read the read before you post guide but there is nothing in the guide helping me with the troubbles im experiencing.

I received a virus 2 days ago i responded by cleaning it out and restarting my computer (i cant provide any records of this youll see further down) when i rebooted my computer (in safe mode) it would take an hour just to get to the windows login screen(this is time from windows logo to login, the actual loading of drivers was normal), another half an hour to load the bottom taskbar. I tried running system restore (and it said i didnt have admin rights :S after a good 15 mins of waiting for it top happen :S) trying to open the control pannel causes it to go Not responding and wont rectify itself, nothing in the task manager appears to be a virus. I cant run a hyjackthis log because my computer says not responding as soon as hyjack this is told to run (through command console, i basically cant touch the desktop)

I have however been able to put the sata hard drive into my external usb drive and ran a virus scan from another computer and it hasnt detected anything. I am of the opinion that i have a boot sector virus and am in dire need of help. I dont want to reformat as my hard drive is SATA and we dont own a floppy drive .

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis
Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:

CounterSpy

AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy

Bitdefender - from step 6

Panda Scan - from step 6

runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat

newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

I cant run any of these programs, i try starting them through the command console/ task manager new task. but they become non responsive as they start up.

i think i have found the problem, the virus has deleted my services.exe file from my windows dir any ideas on replacing it ?

Once your back up ...run the steps from safe mode as much as you can and then restart in normal mode and do the rest.
