Windows startup error taskmgr.exe

    When starting up Win XP Home...get popup error: Windows cannot find C:\DOCUME~1\Admin\taskmgr.exe. Make sure you typed the correct name.....
    I have tried numerous Spyware removal, Antivirus, reg cleaning software etc.
    Would appreciate help.
