Windows system pop up on startup...

Hi All,

Just quickly, could someone please click on this link to the screen shot I've taken of this latest hickup on my computer...

Since I followed the major geeks malware removal procedure recently my computer is now 99.99% back to normal but there's still some residual mess to sort out and although I'm reasonably computer literate, some things are still a bit beyond me...
Outlook starts, vanishes off the screen but remains running in task manager which may be completely unrelated...
Back on topic, the message only appears on startup and occasionally on opening certain programs, I'm afraid I can't quite remember what and why, I wasn't vigilant enough until now sorry!

It doesn't seem to affect anything (bar outlook) but after my last experience of slight problems going exponential on me, I'm a little more cautious.

Just did a Google on this.
Guy on the Fixya site says that svchost.exe.mdmp is a "worm" but not a serious one. Known to cause crashes of certain programs.
Also said the .txt was most likely a report about the problem and suggested opening and reading to see what caused the problem.

Ok,

Startup problem seems to have gone away after I just cleared my temporary internet folders so no issue there now.

The MS Outlook problem is baffling me however.

It'll start, show up and then disappear but sometimes stay running in the task manager window.
I've tried a few tricks I've found googling, including renaming various extensions, starting a new mail account but nothing seems to have changed. It's not the end of the world but it's a damned nuisance not being able to use it!!

Any suggestions most welcome.
