WINDOWS\System32\Wlntify.dll and wga logon.dll

Problem #1

I boot computer up and I login as windows logs me in it says Windows\system32\wlntifty.dll... then its says Windows\system32\wga

I use system suite 9 peofessional software ant-virus,spyware and firewall made by Avanquest.

Problem #2

Local security Group Policy when opened up and says:

The group policy security policy setting that apply to this machine could not be determined.
The error returned when trying to retreive these settings from the local security policy database (%Windr%Security\database\Secedit.sdb)
was:The praramenters incorrect.

All local security settings will be displayed,but no indacation will be given as to wheater or not a given security setting is defined by group ploicy any local security setting modified through this user interface subsequenty be overriden by domain-level policies.

Ive attached trend micro hijack list and start up logs along with the OLT host Log in hope this will help getting the problem fixed.

Problem 1
The wlntifty.dll is it spelled exactly as that or is it wlnotify.dll?
Second, The Anti-Virus software your using have you ever had much viruses with it?

Problem 2
It seems that the computer your on, is still connected to a domain. And basically what its stating is that any changes you make into the Local Security Group Policy, will not be taken into affect, as the Domain Level policies would over-write them.
May I ask how you got your computer, or is this a corporate PC? As thats probably why your getting those errors.

1. I checked the spelling it is WINDOWS\System32\ wlnotify.dll

2. The anti Virus software has found Backdoor Bifrost on 06-18-09 and quarantined it.

3. I bought the laptop about two years back on ebay with no OS and wipe,clean hard drive I called Dell and they sent me the OS CD disk for the Laptop.

4. Ive never seen the problems tell about a month back and it is making me crazy can it be fixed?
