   How do I get it back to the bottom of the monitor? All help appreciated.

   mcadam Major Amnesia

   Right click anywhere in the taskbar and unselect the "lock toolbar" option. Then drag it down to the bottom, or wherever you want it to be.

   It is unlocked, however I can only resize it. I can not move it from the top.
