Windows Task bar on dual moniter

Does anyone know wht the program is that allows the windows task bar to be on both screens. I know it exsits but i completely forgot. Also does anyone know if a program exists that allows you to have two different desktop abckgrounds, one for each moniter?

ATi's Control panel should do both of the beatures you are looking for. I know for sure that nVidia's driver's support both of those functions.

Ultramon does look nice has most of the features i want, but what i woudl like out of a task bar is basically the same one on both screens, start menu, clock, shortcuts ect.
