Windows tray

    Am having this problem with my tray. I am using Win 8.1, I.E.11. The problem is that ,often, when I have to click on a program. I need to get to the bottom to click so to as to install., etc. The tray is set to hidden , yet often will not minimize and freezes, I often have to minimize the program to be able to click. Very annoying. Any ideas? Thanks.

    It's the taskbar you are talking about, not the tray. Can't offer a cure but you could disable autohide, that will fix it.
