    That's a really old site (axcel216) running under a new name; I guess his original Packard Bell broke ;)

    I've spent many hours perusing the info there, well worth a look for anyone running XP or earlier or looking to resurrect an ancient PC. It used to be one of the best Windows tweaking/troubleshooting resources around.
