Windows Update - Hewlett-packard - Usb

    All-

    I have a PC running windows 11 (64-bit).

    I keep getting a message that says there is a critical update to download and install:

    Hewlett-Packard - USB - 11/8/2018 12:00:00 AM - 38.8.1937.18312

    When I click install, the computers tries to install, and then stops and says "retry". I am told this is a bug with Windows 11, any ideas on how to fix it. It is very annoying.

    some updates and software downloads are not windows 11 and only up to windows 10
