   Its one thats found in C:\Windows\System32 under the name MRT (its icon looks like a monitor with a sponge and bubbles)

   Just F.Y.I.: Windows Update / Microsoft Update not only downloads the MRT, it also runs it during the update.

   and if you wish to read up on the tool and download (latest version, if one is released mid update cycle) it manually you can do HERE but it is updated at each update cycle, which is 2nd Tuesday of each month.
