Windows Updates Freeze

I dont know if this suggestion still works, but I used it many times years ago WIN 10 update, it usually stuck at 33%, 66%, 99%, and there it sits.
Then I discovered if I unplug the network cable for a minute, replug it, network comes up, then the update continue and finish as if nothing happened.

Note: I recently had enormous problems with Win 10 Updates some not installing, after a group of updates the same day,(Corrupted files etc result), I eventually find a website per accident that a group of very dedicated people solved my problem in one day by annelizing logs, and I applied fixes & tests supplied by them specific for my pc, you cannot go there and use anybody elses fixes at all....They are to the point and very good. My problems solved in one day without reinstallig, reset, or any such thing.

My Symptoms:
SFC /SCANNOW fails, & DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH also failed.
1-Update downloaded 100%
2-Update installed 100%
3-A restart is not issued, the result is the update fail(As seen in hystory)...Then a process start of clearing and deleting everything it did.....One should not interfere here, you will get a message if you trying to logoff or shutdown.

 

My problems were solved, I just mentioned about it, no issues currently.
