Windows Validation Virus

    Hi recently I have downloaded a video codec, unfortunately it contains whole bunch of virus that neither Norton or AVG can ever remove it. I saw some posting on you web and proceeded to run MGtool and have come up with a log. Could you tell me what to do next. Right now other than from safemode I can not do regedit, run and program list is gone from windows start and now it says that my window is not validating and it has a "VIRUS ALERT" on my task bar and in system where it says register information. Please help me with this I have attached the MGtool log.
