   Maybe only open to residents of India? Similar to the USB drive being for US residents and iirc for customers who have corporate connections in their passport profile.

   then again no harm in trying... but doubt anyone not in Software Assurance schemes or in India will get this disk, plus TBH wouldnt bother Beta2 CTP is due to be replaces with RC1 soon, with many fixes from the bugs in beta2 CTP.
