I have two USB devices that are no longer working on my computer... My Microsoft Zune (G2) and my Motorola Q9M. They worked fine a few days ago, but now they no longer work. When I view them in the device manager, they have a yellow exclamation point and the following error:

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

I am using Vista Home Premium x64, and I have many other USB devices that are working fine. I searched the net and found no solutions, I have also tried switching USB ports and restarting my machine... nothing fixed.

Yesterday I installed MagicISO/MagicDisk, then uninstalled it because I didnt like it, would that make a difference?

I've seen problems where MagicISO installs a phantom drive letter. Yes that can cause a problem. Use a restore point from before you installed magicISO and see if the prolem is fixed.
