   I have a Release copy of vista, what happens at the end of the RC period ?
   
   Do they ask you to buy the full version or does it just become unusable ?

   It will expire in June 07 ( 1st June if memory serves ) and will be unusable, you will need to purchase the full retail release of Vista which will be available at the end of Jan 07.
