Windows will not boot at all! Please help!

Hey Everybody. Great forum here. Wondering if you can help me with a slight problem...I just installed Adaptec Easy CD Creator 5. I went through all the normal install procedures as I've done in the past (i JUST RE-FORMATTED). Immediately after installing Easy Cd Creator, I tried to restart the computer and it just hangs and goes nowhere! It hangs at the Windows XP screen with the blue bar on bottom. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how to fix this. I'm on a major time crunch because of a website I'm finishing up on...so I'm seriously swetting! Thanks in advance for your help.

Reboot in safe mode and uninstall EZCD from there. Assuming you can boot in safe mode. After the website is done and you've got time, you can try reinstalling it, then installing the patch that's needed for it to work with XP. If you wish. That program has some major conflicts with XP, and you may do better by ditching it for Nero or one of the other burning programs.

Glad it worked. Job time pressure & dead puter are a bad combination.
