    Hi,

So I cleaned my computer from some minor malware. I sent my logs to the Geeks. Tim With helped me in the Errors on Boot.

The final step was to run Hitman, delete the 2 items, run ADW Cleaner and send the logs in. After I ran ADW Cleaner, my computer can't not Windows citing a SENS issues. We checked permissions and status.

One time when I tried to boot, it says that it didn't recognize the handle. Another time, it allowed me to got into Windows, but as it loaded, it said there was an error which it didn't specify and rebooted again.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by "as suggested". Do you mean when I originally installed it or recently? It was probably installed correctly when it was new years ago, whenever it was released. It has not been suggested recently in the forum.

Since I didn't get a response yesterday and I need my computer for work and homeschooling, my son suggested a clean boot, which in effect reinstalls Windows 10. So far, everything seems fine. I'm now going through the tedious process of changing settings, uninstalling bloatware, reinstalling apps, etc.

I have a question that maybe you can answer. When I install the software, I'd like to do it all from the admin account and have it be accessible to the user accounts. Is there an easy way to do that? Usually when I install in the admin, is only accessible to the admin and then there's a way, which I don't recall, to "grab" it from the user accounts.

I'm not the person to answer because I don't run Windows 10.
Perhaps someone who knows Windows 10 can answer this?

Installing software in 10 is no different from installing in any other version. Usually the installer asks whether the install is for the current user only or for all users. If an installed program requires admin assent then right click the program shortcut or exe and Run as Administrator. You will be asked for the admin credentials.
