Windows won't open

    My son was having a problem getting Windows XP to start up. I tried to start it up in safe mode. After several attemps it did start up. I ran AVG, Spybot, Malwarebytes, and SUPERAntispyware. After running these, I rebooted the computer and since then I haven't been able to open windows in normal or safe mode. Any suggestions?

    I tried to do a windows repair and now it is in a loop, It just keeps rebooting. Help!!!
