Windows XP and gagp30kx.sys

    I just bought a Geforce 6200 AGP Card for my PC,when i insert the card,windows xp refuses to load after the boot screen and hangs up my system.



    I thought it was a problem with drivers getting corrupted so i
    1:did a repair install & later
    2:formatted the entire system disk and then reinstalled windows xp

    BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS:cry

    i'm at my wits ends here,please help
