Hi, I have a windows xp professional cd, I used nlite to integrate service pack1, and to remove internet explorer, integrate my nforce and nvidia graphics drivers, and make it an unattended install.

I get to where it says "Press any key to boot from CD" and i hit a key, and it says "Inspecting your computers hardware configuration" then it just goes blank and sits there.

I took about 193 mb off my windows xp professional cd, but i don't think i removed anything that would make it not boot.

i removed battery drivers, infrared drivers, toshiba drivers, sony drivers, and a few others I don't need.

and don't tell me to use the original windows xp pro cd i have, because I don't need it installing all that junk to slow it down, i expecially don't need that alexia spyware it comes with.

    any ideas?

also, in my already installed windows, the installer launches and installs, but that's not what I want it to do.

The unattend install is doing it.
What do you mean xp cd comes with alexia?

ok, ill try and fix that, and winxp comes with alexia, or something like that, it tracks your internet activity, and nlite allows you to remove it.
