   I accidently shut off my PC while reinstalling my genuine Windows XP Home Edition.
   Now I can't start the PC in ANY mode -cd boot, F8- regular, safe, safe with command, etc., without the PC freezing with the message...SYSTEM NOT FULLY INSTALLED. PLEASE RUN SETUP AGAIN.
