Windows XP Problems Accessing

I am trying to finish off networking a small office Network so thatthey can all have access to each other but there is a problem. For some reason they cannot ping each other. They see each other when I go to My Network Places but when I click to access the Computers it pauses and then tells me I need to check something with restrictions.

All PCs are on the same Workgroup. All have distint names. And all of them are checked for sharing.

Im starting to think the problem is with the router/dsl hardware. It is a Westell 327W. The lag is ridiculously long when I attempt to go into the Network Places and im not sure whats causing it to deny me access.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
