Windows XP + Random Restarts

Hi guys hope someone can help with this, i think it is a software issue.

Six weeks ago i built myself a new PC the specs are:

AMD Sempron 3000+
128mb NVidia FX 5900XT gfx card
512mb DDR RAM
Soltek SL-KT600-C1L Motherboard
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1
350W Power supply
i also use a 56K modem and a Soundblaster 5.1 audio card

The problem is that i like to leave the PC on overnight downloading files and every few days i will return to the PC in the morning and find it has restarted with the following error log:

C:\WINDOWS\minidump\mini022305-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\JONATH~1\LOCALS~1\temp\WER.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

any ideas my 56k modem is always on when these errors have occured if this has any relevance, hope someone can shed some light on this.....

 

You might want to try debugging that minidump file

well as i am no expert at comps i may not do it right so if you could do it for me that would be very kind. Is it quick to do cause i dont want to lumber you with a big task, also how would you go about debugging the file of mine?
