Windows XP Services

    WinXP Home SP3 - I used to have an INI file or a REG file or a BAT file or something, and when executed, it would (upon a reboot) revert all the WinXP services back to default settings, like the way they would be right after a clean install. I can't seem to find it on any of my CDs or flash drives, nor on the web (granted, I haven't spent too much time in Google). If someone can provide a link, I would be forever grateful!
