Windows XP vs Win 7 Ultimate

    Currently running inside a emachine box a AMD M2N68-LA MOBO with 1.5gb RAM 1 1gb stick and 1 512mb stick plus i have 4 identical 512mb chips to dual channel 1 gb of ram should i keep that or use 2x512 for dual channel? i only play Lord Of the Rings Online with the integrated video nvidia geforce 6150se chipset. Also would i be better off running Win XP or 7 with this little amount of ram? (i have 64 bit copies of both)

    Can you just simply tell us the total amount of RAM you have?

    I think he is saying he has a 1gig stick and a 512stick and plus 4x 512

    So that would come to 3.5GB i think.

    I would say for you a much better choice Xp be cause it uses much less Ram.

    Xp only need's 512MB too run properly Windows seven would take Some of your ram up.

    Kinda Confusing me a little.
