    I have one folder in Windows XP (My Pictures) that the file names are now not displayed underneath in any of the views. Can someone help? I have a lot of pictures and it is too difficult to find just one picture.

    Try using a third party photo organizer like Picasa mentioned above or thumbsplus.

    How are you searching for pics by name or scrolling through looking at thumbs?>
