All of a sudden when I copy and paste into my email its so incredably small its impossible to see much less try to read, I cant type into the body of email either , I can type into the Send to: and Subject: but thats it. The mail I use is Microsoft Outlook 2003. It just started out of the blue one day fine next day problems

Try using the Office 2003 repair function. You will likely need a copy of the original install CD to do this:

What are you pasting into Outlook? Are you sure it's text and not a graphic or other "object?" Also what program are you pasting from?

Try this. Type some text into notepad, and then copy and paste it into a new email message. Did the text appear to be a normal size? If so, then Outlook is working correctly, and something else is going on.

Hi

What Windows Service Pack are you using?
What antivirus software are you using?

Have you updated any applications, especially Windows or your Antivirus/Security just before this happend?

Could try if the above Repair of Outlook doesnt work to start Outlook in its Safe Mode and to do this follow the below...

In XP click Start > Run and type outlook.exe /safe (note the space between .exe and /) and see if Outlook works ok?

If it does then try disabling all the non Microsoft COM add-ins (steps HERE in workaround to find the COM add-ins menu) and then see if Outlook works ok, if so then enable one at a time to find the culprit.
