Windowsclick.com

While I am usually pretty good at removing crapware this one has me stmped.
Windowsclick.com has infected a neighbors system and i can not get anything to install or run on it to remove the crap.
I have run hijack this with and malwarebytes. malwares finds nothing with the latest db installed. Anything else causes a bluescreen when i try to install.

help please
Sorry i should have said this is a Vista home basic system.

 

just an update on this. i was totaly unable to run any anticrapware, as the rootkit and i do believe that is what is, deleted the exe file or crashed the system during the install. i just set the system back to factory as 12 hrs of fighting is enough

 

as i said in my first post. this was my neighbours system, and after doing the reinstall i set it up for with better protection and explained how to better protect himself. but thanks for the reply
