WinFixer 2005

    I've read how to get rid of winfixer 2005 and I still don't understand. Can I just reformat? I just did it on Monday to get rid of a w32.allim worm (nothing else would get rid of it.) My computer has a D drive for system recovery and only took about 30 minutes to do.

    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
