I have followed the read first instruction to the best of my ability, I can't get my PC to start in safe mode??? I have done everything I think.
Please help.
P.S. how do I post an attachment?

You need to be able to boot in safe mode so you can follow the steps in the Vundo fix given in this sticky thread: Special Removal Procedures

What is your problem with booting in safe mode? Have you tried the msconfig method? See the link given in the READ ME: Starting your computer in Safe mode

The sticky threads also tell you to disable msconfig and to only post HJT logs from normal boot mode.

Next time shut down the command prompt window (C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe) this is the reason you could not upload your HJT log. vB (used by this website) has a bug that blocks logs from being uploaded if this line is in the log. Why did you have a command prompt windows open anyway?
