winfixer has hijacked me

i have this "winfixer 2005" hijacker that takes over my web browse. i've run Hijack this! but i dont know what to look for in the log. plz help!

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

i've done all the cleaning in the first steps but now i've gotten to the Hijack this! part and i don't know what to delete.
