I have Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I recently installed a program (PaintShop Pro 7).

When I try to access 'Help' (which I need, because I am unfamiliar with PSP 7) I get an error message headed 'Windows Help' - 'There was a problem running the macro. (1037)'.

I believe this is to do with Windows support for Help, in Vista.

I have tried following the Microsoft instructions to load 'WinHlp32.hlp' - but this has made no difference.

How do I get 'Help' to behave, please?

    Thanks for that, Nightfirer.

I am called away - got to be away for a week - so I won't be able to try your suggestions till I get back. I'll let you know how I get on.
