Winiguard!! HELP!

Can't Seem to edit post... Just wanted to add...

It keeps giving fake security and anti-virs popups wanting to buy the software. I am pretty sure that I got rid of the files and programs that caused it and I have looked all over the internet on how to get rid of it and I can't find any trace of it now, but I am still getting all the pop ups.

 

Seems to be fixed :]

I had let MGTools run, and now the pop-ups are gone

Please attatch the set of logs from running MGTools and the ComboFix log. I would recommend finishing the steps because not having problems doesn't mean you're clean.
