keep getting this and its downloading spywhere that u have to pay for to use also have trojin on my comp too also my babys pic dont show in a walpaper only when i log off it pops up ran ad awear and it didnt help but did say what virus i have ran norton but its old and out dated demo doesn't seem to help can't reinstall my comp dont know what else to tell ya but ill send a hijack log and follow the steps just wanted to post here first kinda late right now!!

couldn't get them for download said dint have permission and i did sign in but still says didn't have permission "Using GetRunKey Using ShowNew" also coulnt get into safe mode if i missed anything pls tell me i think i did everything for 0-9 but coulnt get into safe mode there was a winlog.exe but now its not there ummm dont know what happen to it but im still getting "your comp is infected" red(X) 2 of them say it will now install pesttrap i tryed to remove it but i can't

Well what ever i did i just restarted my comp after running spy my pic of baby is back upnot the all blue backgound but red x is still poping up this just pop'd up

Terminated trojan process 3336 (C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\azjtqqki.exe)

Quarantined file C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\azjtqqki.exe
Trojan cleaning finished.And that just removed the red x

please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support also there are steps included for installing running and posting hijackthis logs as attachments run all the steps in this sticky thread read & run me first before asking for aupport make sure you check version numbers and get all updates very important make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found were you unable to complete any of the scans were you unable to download any of the tools did you do the on-line scans as suggested etc after doing all of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use hijackthis and attach a log
make sure you also rename hijackthis.exe as suggested in the procedures use analyse.exe for the new name this is very important due to some new infections going around when you return to make your next post make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too counterspy avg antispyware log only if needed you were not able to run counterspy bitdefender from step 6 panda scan from step 6 runkeys.txt the log from getrunkey.bat newfiles.txt the log from showNew.bat hijackthis note you can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:

CounterSpy

AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy

Bitdefender - from step 6

Panda Scan - from step 6

runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat

newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

You must run the procedures above. Based on your logs you have not, and I cannot help you based on what info you have provided. We don't need or want XML log files from a rogue malware tool named spy doctor. Or did you mean Spyware Doctor? Either way we do not want an XML formatted log. Also we don't need nor did we ask for a log from Ccleaner. We did ask for a bunch of other logs.

Why are you running your PC with:
1) No antivirus application
2) No antispyware application
3) No firewall
