Somehow over the past couple weeks WinWSD has replaced Google when a search is entered into the field at the upper right of Windows Explorer. It appears to be a rather useless search engine. I hate it. But the worst is how do I now get rid of it. Browsing the net I see instructions to use Widows Add/Remove feature but the tool bar as far as I can tell doesn't show so I've been unable to quit this thing.

How do I get rid of this beast and go back to default Google search engine that I had before?

Any answers and help are much appreciated.

By gad I think I got it!

Kept poking around and discovered there is drop down next to the search box at the top right of explorer where you can select defaults and find more providers. I deleted the ones I didn't want and found Google, Bingo!!

Amazing what you find sometimes. (besides more trouble) lol
