   The thread title says it all.... running XP Home SP3, and as you can see in the screen shot below, there's no power schemes. Yeah, I know that clicking on the little arrow should result in a dropdown menu with some choices.... well, I get one line of blankness.... how does one 'rebuild' the list of schemes?
