WinXP Pro - Windows Explorer

I am not sure what I did but my Windows Explorer settings are not what I want or am what I am used to. For all my files, Explorer is treating them like MP3 files and is showing data related to a music file. I can change one folder at a time, but I want to change them all. Like all of you I have a ton of folders. My OS is Windows XP Pro (SP 2).

I just want it to show the standard information:

File Name
Size
Type
Date Created

I know this should be an easy fix, but I can't figure it out.

...rtf is a text file format, and my Mac is not showing anything.

Save it as jpg, because I cannot view it.
