WinXp Save Dump Problom & REGSEEKER problom

2 probloms i would like to be helped about
1. on my mmc i get many save dumps written and it says that it doesnt save dump, soo i cant debug :\ could anyone refresh my memory on the whereabouts of the save dump settings. and, it doesnt seems my computer reboots a on a save dump error , is that normal ?

2. REGSEEKER, yet another great free program, though when i used one of the regcleaners, im not sure which one... i got that annoying error, i think you all know what im talking about, its written in spanish or polish ..
it means that i cant scan my active x registry directories :\
would reintalling winxp help ? i mean installing on top of what i have , or that would just cause more of a mess in my computer ..
