WinXp Sp3 Debugging

I am trying to debug a new install of WinXp sp3 v.3244 but I can't seem to find a source for symbols. Sp2 symbols won't work. This service pack was slipstreamed onto the XP install disk so it doesn't appear in the Add/Remove programs. I have tried to remove the pack but have been unsuccessful in finding and removing all the registry entries. They just re-install the pack every time I reboot. So if anyone knows where I can find the correct symbol set or a way to uninstall this service pack, any advice would be appreciated.
