Wired but no wireless, just my PC after router change

The past few days have been driving me nuts, constant limited connection problems. So I went and updated the firmware and the problem seemed to have solved. Over the weekend a roommate bought a laptop and accidently changed the wireless name and added a password, but it worked. Then I started loosing signal completely in my room, outside was fine but it pissed me off and I went in and eventually set a wireless name and password that make sense, and had internet signal. Next day (today) good internet all day then BAM same problem, no singal in my room (thought it had been pretty weak all day). Diving back into the router I ended up doing a physical reset and manually setting up the wireless connection like it was before, however now everyone else has a wireless connection and I cant get one at all because I now get a troubleshooting problem which I cant seem to resolve. I did a system restore to a few days ago and nada. At the moment I'm physically connected to the router and have been standing in the hallway for 4 hours trying to fix this.

My legs are getting super tired, somebody please help.

router model: D-Link DIR-615 version C1 Framework 3.13NA
PC: Win 7 Pro 64-bit OS

Ahhh if you need additional info that uses a program or something let me know cuz I'd probably have to download and figure out how to use if it isn't obvious.

 

Went into the router and disabled Wi-fi protection setup under the wireless settings, seems to be working now... for how much long who knows.
