Wireless Cam to PC Help Needed

Hello everyone, I knew here and appreciate any help you can give me.
I have a wireless surveilance camera in my barn to watch my goats (yes, I said goats) that are starting to kid right now. I have it hooked to a tv in the other room to watch them. I would like to hook the reciever up to my PC and be able to observe them while working at PC. I tried hooking reciever up to pc using a rca to s-video adapter , but could not get a picture. I have a tv tuner card and can watch tv from my PC, am I missing software or some other hardware that would allow me to capture my barn video.

I am running XP with Media Center on a Dell XPS 410, I have a dual capture TV tuner card, the wireless cam only has 1 rca jack out, no audio (don't need that, I use a baby monitor for audio).

I would really like to get this working so I don't have to run out to the barn every hr to check goats. I could just open it on pc to see if babies are coming. (OK, I can hear the laughter )

Hi again, hubby walked out to barn this morning and found 2 baby goats. At least these were alive as it wasn't as cold last night. Gonna have to move my camera so I can pick up ore of the barn area. Wondering if anyone had any ideas/fix for my problem.
