I use Motorola Wireless Notebook Adapter Model WN825G
It used to work fine, but now everytime i plug it in it says Aquiring Network Status then it says limited or no connectivity. When i try to repair the connections where it shows the network address it says Invalid IP address. Ive restarted the modem downstairs multiple times, restarted my computer, and pulled the card out many times. I dont think anythings wrong with the card because it will connect to default which has a very low (1-2 Mbps) but it wont connect to the other wireless one.

Perhaps it may be trying to aquire an IP address every time you connect, this may cause problems.

Sounds basic but have you set up a static IP for the machine ?

Another basic suggestion - have you tried turneing off any firwalls you may have and trying to connect then ?

Have you accidently pressed the Fn + F2 button and turned off the wireless capability? Press them both together and, if this is the problem, it should turn it back on.
