    Hello,

Lately one of the laptops on our network has been randomly disconnecting from the wireless. It will stay on for a while then out of no where it will drop connection causing the RDP session to be lost and then the user can immediately log back on after but it happens often and is very frustrating.

The laptop is a Acer TravelMate 2410 the Router is an unsecured Linksys Wireless-G configured with a static IP address. We have plenty of other users connecting to the same router and they have no issues. The laptop's network information is correct and there is no IP conflicts so I am baffled on this one.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can further troubleshoot this problem?

    Thanks a bunch!!

Update NIC drivers on the laptop?
Any possible environmental/interference causes at the specific location of the user?
