Wireless network keeps dropping out on laptop

hey,
I have my laptop connected to the wireless router and its been working fine for a long time now, but almost all of a sudden it started disconnecting itself from the wireless network and i have to reconnect to the home domain.
Any ideas on why or how to fix it would be great

are you totally disconnected or is it saying limited but no connectivity?

Also it might have to do with the signal i know that on my computer sometimes if the signal is low i get dropped off the internet also.

 

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, yes i completely drop out and have to re-connect to the network. Stranglely enough figured out by my mum is that if you disable then enable the windows firewall then the network re-connects again.
Strange. And also i don't get times of low signal i am very close to the router and it never drops below exellant.
Please help as my step-dad wants me to take the laptop back to domain and get it re-formatted which could mean we don;t have the laptop for week while their technicans look at it + most of them are idiots no offence to anyone on this forum who may be one.
