wireless network on drilling rig

Hello everybody.
Yes i need help.I'm trying to install a wireless network on the drilling rig i'm an electrician on.We are having to go around our IT dept. cause they don't won't us to have wireless,but they don't live on a rig for a month at a time.
Anyway we have ordered 3 linksys wireless routers. We have a stratos system
with a dell server bank.I know I'm not giving a lot of information,but tell me what you need to know to help and i'll get the info.
The living quarters have 3 levels.I want to concentrate on the upper 2 levels.
Any help will be much appreciated.
