wireless printing with verizon aircard?

    Hi-Trying to help a friend whose only internet access is with a verizon aircard. He purchased an HP wireless printer and we are wondering how to get the printer to work in wireless mode using the aircard in the laptop. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks-Bill

    I think he has to get the printer and the computer to reach each other , the air card will not come into play. The air card is dedicated to the device it is installed in .

    Buggabear-it's an HP wireless printer/scanner, I don't know the number but will call him and get it. Bill

    Yeah, if the wireless is 802 not bluetooth there may be an issue. The aircard is going to have a different network than the printer does. It really depends on which wireless type it is.
