wireless router

    ok guys, i just got this wireless router xtreme g (it was on sale for 45 bucks so i bought it, plus it will be good for online games) anyways i was wondering now that i have the laptop wireless and my desktop wired to the swith in the router how can i transfer files between em? any help is appreciated.

    So I am assuming internet connection thru the new router is not an issue for you. To access files from one machine to the other, all you need to do is enable Sharing on the drives or folders you want the other computer to be able to access. Right click -> Sharing & Security.

    yeah i have already set it up and it runs the internet to both computers, so a connection is established. thanks doug you've been a big help. i really appreciate it.
