Wireless Zero Config will not start!

My wireless network was running great a few days ago, but late last week I was unable to connect.
I have done some research on why it may not be running and came to discover that my WZC will not start.
When I try to start the WZC I get the following message;

Could not start WZC service on local computer
Error: 168: Dependency service or group failed to start.

I then proceeded to start the dependency's;
The RCP (Remote Procedure Call) started no problem, so I assume it is working properly.
I am unsure if the NDIS usermode I/O Protocal is working or not, because I don't know of a way to check.

I am now stuck on where to go next....

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

By the way i am also unable to restore to a earlier date with windows system restore.

 

Make sure that all the services are configure as they should by default.

I check and co-ordinated the services, althou some services listed on the above link where not listed in my services....

Already tried this link with no success.

If your Wireless card original utility is loaded at startup and runing it might keep WZC from functioning.
