Wise Care 365 Pro Version 3.3.5

How do I keep Wise Care from deleting my Recent Items list and temporary internet files aka "cookies"? It may not be "safe", but I like keeping cookies for websites I visit often (like Facebook) so I don't have to enter my password every time! I have tried adding both folders to the Exxclusion list, but it does not work. I am getting to the point that I am considering uninstalling the program (AND Advanced System Care; don't even get me started on THAT!) and finding another system cleaning program. Any recommendations from the Peanut Gallery, I MEAN, Forum??
